Coachbuilt by ASGB in UK (smith Gt Bentley)
Previously operated in SDI, 720p, 1080i format as was HD with multiformat switcher to work in SDI also if needed
4 point hydraulic levelling / self levelling system
Vehicle comes with all CAD diagrams, wiring guides, cable guides etc for sound and video etc etc.
Come manuals for hydraulic levelling system included also (inlcuding service manual)etc
Vehicles comes with UKMOT test certificate if required at extra costVehicles is Right hand drive, 4x axles, very powerful cummins 6 cylinder diesel turbo engine, automatic ZF gearbox, retarter, lockable diff on back axles etc. power steering of course etc etc.
Vehicle is 12metres long, 2.45m wide (road travel) or expands to 4.2m wide with expanding sides out. 2 stages of expanion are wind out for monitor stack and 1st large stage in production 2nd row area. 2nd row production smaller section is optional expansion contructed with large panels manually in 5 mins with 2 people and just slot into each other with 5 panel
With heavy duty walk on roof, wih safety rails etc.OB body is aluminium bespoke Coach built by Smiths UK ( A.Smith GT bentley )
Internally is a 4 room layout with 2nd row production in the main production. Rooms are VT / edit room at front of truck, enginering then is next week, (with walk through to VT room and walk through to produciton). then production room with expansion with 2nd row of desks behind main desks. again walk through to enginer or walk through to soudn room) then sound room at rear of vehicle.
Production has line of sight through windows to look into sound and also enginnering.
Wired for High defintion in HD belden digitruck 179DT cable (tested to 4.5ghz) which is 40% lighter than most coax cables (cable designed for OB truck).
Truck was used as a multiformat SDI / HDSDI multiformat truck giveing SD and HD output at same time though could be used as a full HDtruck only.
Vision mixer can be supplyed at extra cost (currenly installed and shown in pictures). , aswell as some routers, router panels, patch panels etc. EVS, DVWand HDCAm VTRS
,Wired for 16x philips / grass valley HD / SD cameras with 2ru rack mount ccus for these and with 16x RCPpositions with MSU. , 54 input vision mixer SD / HD (can supply), yamaha sound mixer, reidel talkback etc network routers etc as all equipment was on network for fail safe etc.
